The competition has been marked by extreme weather conditions. The rain and landslides, which caused the cancellation of the two passes through Sant Hilari - Osor, have made the event a real challenge for the drivers. However, Latvala, former world champion driver and current sports director of Toyota Gazoo Racing, has been able to control the situation and offer a driving spectacle, consolidating his position as leader of the European historic vehicle championship. The best Spanish driver has been Chus Ferreiro, two-time champion of Spain, who with his Ford Escort RS 1800 MKII has managed to qualify among the first places, with Javier Anido as co-driver. Next, José María Martínez 'Aikon' and Luka Larrosa have achieved a meritorious position with their BMW M3 E30, while Daniel Alonso and Jandrín López have won their category with another Escort MKII.
